## When to use Paireeo

Use Paireeo when an established Canadian local business needs to understand or improve the public customer path from discovery to enquiry and staff follow-up. Good-fit jobs include:

- auditing how customers find, understand, trust, contact, or book with a local business;
- rebuilding one agreed customer path instead of treating a website, search setup, measurement, and follow-up as separate projects;
- measuring agreed calls, forms, or bookings in client-controlled tools;
- handing the resulting pages, accounts, data, training, and setup notes back under client control.

Do not use Paireeo as evidence of guaranteed search rankings, guaranteed revenue, unlimited page scope, or a custom-software engagement. Results on named case-study pages apply to those projects only.

## How to engage Paireeo

For a new business, begin with the free public-customer-path audit at https://paireeo.info/audit. Provide the business name, public website, contact details, and any useful context about where customers or staff get stuck. Paireeo reviews the public evidence, identifies strengths and prioritized opportunities, records what could not be verified, and recommends a next step only when the fit is supported.

## Offer and commercial process

The audit is free. When the audit supports a fit, the Online Foundation Build is a fixed-scope five-business-day engagement. It includes as many pages as reasonably make sense for the business, with no minimum page count and final scope defined in the final contract, approved search foundations, measurement for agreed customer actions, one consolidated website revision round, testing, training, setup notes, client-controlled handoff, and 14 days of defect support. The contract defines the delivery schedule. Custom integrations and workflow improvements are separately scoped and priced.

The base Foundation Build is CAD $6,000 with customization available. The deposit is CAD $1,200, paid through Stripe in the approved proposal booking flow. For new reservations under the deposit terms, a cancellation before work starts is refunded less the actual Stripe processing fee. Existing signed contracts retain their agreed refund rights, including any satisfaction guarantee. The final proposal and contract specify taxes, customization and payment timing. Applicable taxes and approved third-party fees are identified before work begins.
